Have I got anixety and depression?

ok, I used to suffer from severe anxiety. It is a very scary thing. first you need to find out what it is that is stressing you out so much or scaring you and causing you to shake. any un-needed stress you NEED to get rid of. The best advise I can give you is think things through. I used to be scared to death that I was going to die. I thought that everything would kill me. well here I am 22 years later and I am still fine and not dead. I took out the things that were stressing me and tried to understand them better so when I did get nervous I could reason with the situation or let myself know I was ok. There is nothing to be paranoid about it really is just anxiety. remember to think things through. If there is reason to believe your paranoia then tell an adult how you are feeling right then - Make sure it is someone who you feel like you can talk to about things- sometimes that is all you need :). As for the cutting, You are not helping yourself when you do this in fact you are actually making matters worse. You dont want those scars to follow you through your life. When you think you are going to do that to yourself find someone to talk to - really anyone- to take your mind off of what you want to do to yourself. You may want to learn how to meditate :) get an outlet for how you feel!!:) biking running swimming singing writing anything to get how you feel out of you EXPRESS YOURSELF and how you feel through these things instead of cutting. Say today that its going to be a different day and I am going to change how I do things, and from today on do make that change. Good luck! :)
