How to bypass factory amp on 2003 Eclipse?

you will have to pull the seat up there should just be 4 bolts(2 in front 2 in back) and maybe some wires hooked up to the seat(seat belt sensor or if you have electric seats) unplug those and remove seat. you should then see the amp. Follow instructions and make sure all works before you put the seat back in. good luck and enjoy after market sounds better then stock
