My wife thinks she says things but doesn't - does she have a mental disorder?

Misinterpretations come with several different disorders. Schizophrenia, alzheimers, depersonalization, even post traumatic stress disorder, in some cases. Sorry I can't say for certain, but hopefully the doctor will be able to.
