How to open PDF files on PC that are downloaded by MAC ?

I have downloaded some PDF files by MACbook from internet and now i want to open them by a PC DELL laptop . they can not be opened or even recognised by ADOBE on PC , is there any way to convert them or make them openable on PC ?
