69 for galaxie project ?

So im trying to find a new engine for a 1969 ford galaxie I want to race it in a local circuit it's auto and I need something that will make it go faster harder and preferably from the times we are in longer but something that won't require me to rewire the whole car and maybe turbo anyone got any Ideas of an engine that would fit
