Can you guys please give your opinions on my poem?

The poem is very deep and thoughtful but I think she didn't respond to it because she was embarrased. The poem is basically saying that she's not the same person as she was before, and her life is over. She probably thinks she hasn't changed in my opinion. Hope I helped! =)
