How do I install Adobe Flash when my addons keep preventing me?

I'm trying to get Flash so I can test out everything on my new computer (speakers, video card etc) and my stupid Add Ons are preventing me from doing so. Please help me out with perhaps a step by step on how I can fix this. Thank you!
