My tounge has kinda like a hole it in because i fell .?

So , i was messing around with my friends and i had my teeth on my tongue ( when i fall my teeth always clenches to my tongue) and now my tongue has a piece of skin flabbing around . It has its pain but then it goes away . i CANT eat or drink anything somtimes . I would like to go to the hospital but my mother thinks im lieing . What should i doo ?
