A part of my house burnt down, what to do now?

so today my brothers room burnt down, they said it had something to do with the electrical whireing and stuff. our house is pretty old. and my parents ddinthave insurance but they have to rewire the whole house. is their any website that helps people rebuilt their houses for free? like help from the gov?
