My video wont render in adobe after effects..?

i have only a 12 layer clip and it only has 4 layers. when i to try render it to post it to youtube it wont render. i am new to after effects so are there any settings i need to fix to help this?

ok, I used to suffer from severe anxiety. It is a very scary thing. first you need to find out what it is that is stressing you out so much or scaring you and causing you to shake. any un-needed stress you NEED to get rid of. The best advise I can give you is think things through. I used to be scared to death that I was going to die. I thought that everything would kill me. well here I am 22 years later and I am still fine and not dead. I took out the things that were stressing me and tried to understand them better so when I did get nervous I could reason with the situation or let myself know I was ok. There is nothing to be paranoid about it really is just anxiety. remember to think things through. If there is reason to believe your paranoia then tell an adult how you are feeling right then - Make sure it is someone who you feel like you can talk to about things- sometimes that is all you need :). As for the cutting, You are not helping yourself when you do this in fact you are actually making matters worse. You dont want those scars to follow you through your life. When you think you are going to do that to yourself find someone to talk to - really anyone- to take your mind off of what you want to do to yourself. You may want to learn how to meditate :) get an outlet for how you feel!!:) biking running swimming singing writing anything to get how you feel out of you EXPRESS YOURSELF and how you feel through these things instead of cutting. Video Editing problems!?

I have tried a couple different video editing programs (adobe elements, windows movie maker, avs) and they all have the same problem. I can play video fine, but as soon as I go to edit the video (Clip, Trim and Splice) then the video will stream VERY poorly. This makes editing near impossible. What is causing this? Is it my computer? It is an older computer (Sony Vaio 2004) but has upgraded ram and core so its pretty fast. Any ideas?

Dog bit someone for the first time today?

Okay so me and my family have had our dog for 7-8 years now (shes about 9) and today she bit my sister for the first time. She's a very sweet dog, the most harm she has done is jumping on you when you walk through the front door (sometimes touching your hands with her teeth---shes never clenched down on her teeth to bit you), until today. Today my sister was petting her as usual and all of a sudden my dog jumped up and bit her three times in the face leaving her with three cuts, one above her eyebrow, one right below the eyebrow, and one underneath her eye. Okay , so today I feel disgusting . I felt like I was about to throw up any minute. I was clenching my teeth and I had a headache. I have an enormous fear of gagging/throwing up, so that made me even more anxious. Well, first it sounds as though whoever put the amp in in the first place did it wrong. If it shut off at high volume, it was probably all wired for a low impedance that what the amp could handle. As for the rewiring. Find the + and - leads for each spk (assuming theres only 4) and connect them to the the corresponding + and - leads out of the head, relating to their position in the vehicle. Most people leave the factory speaker wiring in the vehicle, or only cut off a small amount, so replacing the wires should be as simple as obtaining a color code or diagram for your vehicle and attaching the proper wires where they are needed.

Its a 1998 Honda Shadow 1100, when i bought it i didnt even think about checking the rear lights, but when i got it home i saw the problem. When you turn your key in the on position your headlight come on, but my rear light wont. BUT when i push the front brakes the license plate light and the brake lights come on... It seem that he wired the rear lights to the brakes only. So my question is how do i rewire it right? Do i run the wire to the fuse box or run it to the head light? Can I convert a 2 prong outlet to a 3 prong with ground at the box?

I recently moved into an older house (renting), and most of the outlets are 2 prong. I want to have a couple converted to 3 prong grounded outlets to protect my electronics. I've tested them with a light-up circuit tester, and it appears the outlet boxes are acting as ground (the tester lights up when I put one end in the small slot and the other touching the screw in the center of the cover plate). Should I be able to have an electrician just swap in 3 prong outlets and ground them on the box, or would that not meet code? I doubt I can convince the landlord to rewire the whole house, but the cost of swapping a few outlets shouldn't be too much if they don't need a separate ground. There is one outlet in the house that looks to have been converted by running a ground wire directly through the floor (and presumably a pipe or something under the house), which seems ghetto but perhaps necessary?

My shoulder pops out or it definitely feels that way.. when i play basketball..im guessing it happens due to certain movements i do with my arm...both shoulders do this. When it pops out the pain is unbearable, and when it snaps back in the pain slowly dwindles away and is replaced by numbness. 5 or ten minutes later i can move it again, though it feels weird. By the next day it feels almost normal again...but there is another instance as well...Sometimes it happens so severe that i cannot move my shoulder without my muscles clenching in pain and it takes 3 to 5 or maybe even 6 days to fully recover... then it feels perfectly normal until it happens again... Budgie with Dislocated Leg? Help!?

Ive only had my budgie for a couple days and while she was on my finger she jumped and crashed on the table (her wings are clipped). Now her leg looks dislocated. She doesnt seem to be in pain, shes eating and tried climbing about in her cage and chirping. She doesnt put pressure on the foot and leans to one side. The toes arnt clenched but spread out like normal but she doesnt move her foot or toes. Its sort of limp but it does not dangle. Deleted a fake anti virus, but now computer is mess up?

Ok so I was able to get on the internet when I had this fake anti virus called vista antivirus 2012. I downloaded a anti malware from CNET malwarebytes. Sounds great! I would definitely read more. I thought your description was good but I think you need a teensy-weensy bit more in between the dialogue. Describe changes in the environment, character actions, etc. If there isn't much of this at parts, than make some! Droning dialogue is boring and can lead readers to turn away. You did pretty good with a few mini-paragraphs in between but you need a little bit more to break it up.

OMFG my tooth is KILLING me!?

Last year the dentist said I have good healthy teeth but that I have an issue with clenching my jaw in my sleep and even while awake sometimes- There's one specific tooth that started hurting awhile ago and got progressively worse, then the other night I was eating a carrot and this horrible sharp pain shot up my jaw. It was so unbearable that I had to go to the emergency room, where they gave me painkillers, then I went to a dentist who did an x-ray and couldn't find anyting! How is that possible? Hooking up amplifier to car speakers.?

I am planing on hooking up an amp to my new JL speakers that take around 60 rms. I was curious about wiring the amplifier somewhat through my sub amplifier. I would run a separate power wire for the amp so it would get its own power, but i was wondering if i could put the RCA's in the output of my sub amp then run them into the input of my speaker amp. Would this only transmit bass frequency? because i have my deck set on subwoofer out which is what my sub amp is connected to. Also i wanted to do this same thing with the remote wire in order to avoid too much rewiring. hello, I've had OCD for as long as i can remember, and I've also had various tics at least since I was about 13/14. I'm 25 now. I've never had these tics looked at before, I can supress the most obvious ones for most of the day so that makes them easier to hide and I guess they are too embaressing to mention to people. In public, I tend to fidget all the time, and I am constantly picking at my lips, shaking my legs, clenching my butt muscles, crunching my toes, and tapping things with my fingers and occasionally jerking or shaking my head, none of which i have much control of and none of which i feel are related to OCD. When I get away from people, I let the other ones out, which some are doing strange movements with my tongue, or clicking my jaw, or making strange noises. these ones are more intense and are worse when my OCD is stressing me out, and tend to get in the way of my compulsions and i have to try to stop them in order to finish whatever compulsion im trying to finish. Anyway as I said I've never had these tics looked at so I'm just wondering what it is?

Ive been using this HP Pavilion dv7-4270us laptop for a few months now, and i have to say that im pretty impressed with it overall. Its pretty light weight for people who would be carrying it around, but its a strong build also. I use it for all kinds of things like surfing the net, gaming, and encoding videos to name a few. i also use it as a HTPC, and it hooks up well to my 32'' T.V. via the HDMI output. PQ and AQ look and sound great when connected to a T.V. as does everyday web browsing if you want to go that route with this laptop. The Blu-ray drive is pretty good and doesnt take very long to load it either, and the video looks good on the 17'' screen as well. All in all, very good bang for your buck with this product.

I want to know if I could move to a new apartment in the same complex. I have been living in my current apartment for about six years and I have had nothing but problems. When I first moved into the apartment, the back door and windows were nailed shut and the back porch was extremely dirty. Since then there has been another inccident but this time between Cleo and Missy but Missy seemed to be the instigator, she is the youngest and is very highly strung and gets traumatised very easily, on the day of the second fight we aloud Tasha and Cleo to come together which was going fine until out of the blue for no apparent reason Missy bushed up and Cleo noticing this reacted accordingly and the fight started this time Tasha managed to get out of the way, once again my husband had to separate them and put them in different rooms, since then we've had another inccident with Cleo going after Tasha but again Missy was the instigator by her behaviour. Today on the advice of a friend we spent �56 on Feliway pheromone deffuser and spray which we have tried, Tasha and Cleo are so mellow but Missy having spent the night in our room came in walking very low to the ground and stepping very cautiously around the room, once she had sniffed the air all over and had a sniff of both cats she has spent the entire day on top of one my kitchen cupboards she hasnt eaten or used her litter box i'm really worried about her and about what we will do if the feliway doesnt resolve this situation it's not fair on her or the other two but it breaks my heart to even consider the possibility that we may have to rehome her, i just cant believe it has come to this after them living in total harmony before. Why won't my amp turn on?

I have a 2000 pontiac sunfire with a kenwood kdc 138 stereo in it and a 500 watt blaupunkt amp with a random 12 inch sub. My buddy and i tried putting in a new stereo deck so HE decided to be "smart" and jam my harness from my working stereo into the new one while i went to grab something. It blew the rqdio fuse in the fuse box and we didnt know it at the time so i disconnected all the wires and rewired the harness. I know what im doing, i rewired it all the right way, the stereo came on but the light on the amp did not. I checked the fuses for the amp and they're fine, i checked the ground, the power, and the antenna wire and they all checked out fine, and there IS power running to the amp. The sub was working fine before we did this and i tried the wires on another amp/sub and that didnt work either. So i dont think the amp is fried unpess they both are. Please help i want my car to thump again!!!! Ask for any more details if you need them. I used a 680 watt wiring kit from walmart.

I have anxiety. But I'm not sure what causes it. I've tried finding different things that could trigger the nervousness, but I haven't found anything! I get really hot, I get really nauceous, my stomach feels 'gross', my breathing becomes harder,I feel dizzy and I clench my teeth and I kinda shake. It sucks. It happens when I'm outside of my house, or even if I'm in bed! I have no clue whats going on. Its getting harder and harder to get through school. I've been super nauceous for the past couple days. I have horrible anxiety, but I dont know if that's to blame. I'm stressed right now but even if I read or draw or do anything to get the stress off my mind, the feelings are still there (nausea,shaky,trouble breathing,ect.)I have Emitophobia (Fear of vommiting) so anytime I feel at least a little sick, I get even more anxious. I used some Nausea medicine that I still had from my Appendicitis surgery (about 3 months ago) and it sorta helped, but I feel so nasty inside! I've been to the doctor (they diagnosed me with ADD and OCD) because they think that the ADD makes me focus more on my anxiety than anything else ( also, I'm already seeing a councelor). Right now, I feel sick. I feel a little nauceous but I feel SOOOO nasty inside! Like my stomach is empty ( I've lost my appetite) and I keep clenching my teeth and stuff. Half stack guitar amp problems.?

I bought a half stack from a local music shop's going out of business sale. When i purchased the amp the 2 right speakers did not work. i didnt have a problem with it since i was just starting out. Okay, so I didn't feel that bad earlier. Just a little nauseous but it didn't bug me. Then we got in the car and I started thinking about my New York trip ( on Tuesday) to visit my dad and I became so nervous! How to stop clenching jaw (not grinding)?

I don't grind my teeth, but I clench my jaw a lot, just out of habit, like how I bite my nails and crack my knuckles and twirl my hair without thinking about it. But once I realize I'm doing it, I release the pressure I'm putting on my teeth and my jaw hurts. I'm trying to stop, but I can't. It's not like I can wear a mouth guard or something, because I do this all the time, like at school and stuff too. Chewing gum helps but I don't like gum. Well before i installed adobe and some other things (small things like updates), my computer was really fast on youtube and a browser game. Now on youtube the video plays sounds but the visual of the video slows down and kinda pauses from time to time. What would cause my car stereo to lose power immediately after installation?

I recently purchased a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took the "Dual" stereo and Sherwood amp out of my old Jeep and put it in the newer one. I had everything hooked up, it was jamming.... for about 10 seconds, the Amp hard wired to the positive on the battery and i tried to put the stereo back in it's hole in the dash and i lost power. I have played with and rewired every wire that is coming out of the dash. I replaced the radio fuse (which was blown). I can get power to the amp alone, just not the radio. It seems like there has to be a short somewhere, but i can't for the life of me figure out where!

Automotive off road lights wiring?

To help clean things up and make wiring a little more simpler on my jeep i got a fuse/relay box off an old junk car. i want to wire my off road lights into this relay box but i'm not sure what size wire is in the box it appears to be either 18 or 16 AWG one place said to strip the wire and measure the wire another says measure in the insulation. i'm not sure what to do. but if it is 18 awg would it hurt to go to a bigger size after the fuse box to my lights or should i rewire the whole box?

Knee in pain? Don't know why!!?

You may have slept wrong on it. That happens sometimes. But years ago, I developed a pain in my knee for no reason all of a sudden and it swelled up and hurt really bad. Come to find out, I had aggravated it at some point and the synovial fluid swelled it up really bad. I just kept ice on it for a while and kept moving it around until it worked itself out. Why is my Stereo not powering up in my car?

Yesterday I rewired everything completely and it was working fine. I attempted to try a different stereo in my car today so I exchanged them rewired again perfectly and it worked fine. After a few hours I realized this stereo didn't suit me too well so I changed back to my other. I wired everything like I normally would each being bonded together very tight. I ran out of electrical tape so I pushed the stereo in the dash for 1 minutes ran inside the house to grab some tape. I came back and my stereo would not power up. I have LED lights in my car which are connected to the black wire and the red wire and they power up fine. This tells me those two wires are not the problem. What's left is a blue wire and yellow wire. I tried rewiring them both multiple times but still no luck. What could have went wrong?

I'm 19 and have a very mild underbite. The reason I'm categorising it as very mild is that my lower teeth only jut out past the upper if I clench my teeth together. Are my speakers blown or can they be fixed?

I have two old RTR Series IV Model E speakers and about a month ago they started crackling real loud and before I could turn the mixer off the crackling stopped and I could get no sound. Ever since I have not been able to get sound out of them. Any ideas? They are very big speakers and I don't want to get rid of them because the sound quality was so good. My Stomach Hurts Last Night?

For example(and this never happend before jokes always came natural along with empathy, and sympathy up untill 2 days ago) But anyways say if someone tells me a joke before i would of got the joke laughed got the sarcasm laughed got people emotions like if there angry sad mad happy, But now its like im over analyzing every single thing if someone tells me a joke my brain goes nuts and i just cant figure out the joke i have to literly explain to myslef why i get the joke, i have to explain to myself why people are mad why there happy and its like i have to try and my brain feels like its blocking me from understanding. Even though i am understanding i still get jokes emotions and everything but the thought of getting every jone or emotion has been constintly on my mind and it causes me HUGGGEE amount of anxiety i had a horrible panic attack last night because i felt like ill never be the same again. I was on antidepressants for 3 months when i first started getting anxiety attacks, And it did wonders idk why it doesnt help other people but it literly felt like i got my life back, the anxiety was still their in the back of my mind but it was so mellow its like it wasnt their. But ever since i read the symptoms i feel like i cant understand people when they talk when i make eye contact because my brain is focusing on eye contact and not the conversation and that eye contact use to come naturally so i used to be able to make eye contact before. And what i mean by i cant understand language is for example, If i told u to say the word apple over and over and over again the word seems wierd and doesnt have the same meaning, well thats exactly what my minds doing i feel like words have no meaning as if there speaking a language i dont understand and along with this feeling i get kind of like a buzz in the back of my head along with anxiety and depression and i just feel like theres a mental block in my mind. Car idles fine, but dies when i give it throttle, CANNOT figure out why?

alright here it goes, I have an 89 240sx with a ka24de swap, and it hardly runs, when we got it we thought it may have been a clogged fuel filter or a vacuum leak, we have tried evereything we can think of, messed with all of the timing, compression test, new spark plugs, wires, rotor and cap, we checked for clogged cat and it wasn't that, im ready to sell the car and take a huge loss because i dont wanna spend all my money trying to fix it and end up with nothing, the car will start and idle perfectly but as soon as you give the car gas it dies, sometimes it will let you give it gas and it will increase rps with alot of hesitation but it still has no power, also when you floor it, it makes a really low sound and the rpms actually go down. So you have to give it like 1/4 throttle to increase rpm. we cleaned maf, throttle body, we checked fuel injectors and there squirting, we dont know how much they should be though, the pump also comes out after the fuel filter( it just pours out, we dont know how fast it should come out either). the car has major electrical problems, the previous owner did alot of rewiring himself and there are grounds EVEREYWHERE, when you step on the brakes the lights dim and the radio turns off, i didnt think that could cause the car to act so badly, the plugs are sparking fine and teh timing seems perfect. ANY HELP WILL BE MUUUUUCHH APPRECIATED, this is the only car i have for my family since a tornado messed up my wagon!

I need serious opinions. My husbands' father died a few years before we got married, and left him with 51 acres of land, and a house that is paid for (not on the land). We have never borrowed money and we are trying so hard not to, but this is becoming an overwhelming burden, and we are just not able to afford much more. I am so afraid we will start to fix something, and something else wrong will be discovered. Someone in our family suggested selling the house and buying a mobile home to put on the 51 acres until we have saved up for another house, and another suggested selling the house and renting a place until saving up the money. I would definitely work on sentence phrasing and the choppy sentences, and it might just be the way yahoo answers formatted it, but some of the punctuation is really weird. The beginning with the conversation is kind of hard to follow, maybe add some action or verbs to make it a little more flowing. It's a good start and I'm definitely curious as to what Domonic did to make Lauren's father so angry. I might start out using a different action and not just the abrupt "after having wild sex," and I would work on the cohesiveness of your writing. How to connect an OEM stereo harness to a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt?

I tried installing an aftermarket radio into my 2006 Cobalt, and after realizing that was a mistake, I am now trying to reinstall the stock head unit. I bought another OEM harness, and tried rewiring everything according to a diagram I found, but nothing happened. I tried connecting the red/white wire to the OEM yellow wire, which is supposed to power it, and nothing has happened.

I am going to rewire my garage. Right now, there is only one receptacle and one light in the garage so I am hoping to add more lines to make things more convenient. I am planning to have a 20 amp circuit breaker, I will run armored 12/2 wire throughout this project from breaker onward. I am planning to have 2 -20 amp GFCI receptacles. A separate regular 20 amp receptacle for a garage door opener. Two motion detectors , one on front and one on rear of garage and single pole switches for each of those. One separate indoor light on a single pole switch and one 3 way light , I will run armored 12/3 for the 3 way switches. Does this all sound practical and feasible? Also can I use 15 amp switches and receptacles or do I need to us 20 amp? Thanks for your help.

Why does my digital tv signal disappear during the day?

I moved house about a month ago from one side of Norwich to the other. We had perfect digital tv signal in our old property but now have very strange problems with the new property. Our TV uses an internal freeview signal tuner and we have an external aerial mounted on the roof. We get perfect signal for all channels in the morning (until about 8 am) and then the signal almost completely disappears and we only only get two channels (itv3 and bbc4) but with perfect picture. The channels then mysteriously reappear later at varying times usually between 6-9 pm and the quality of the picture gets progressively better as the the evening draws on. I have exhausted all possibilities within my knowledge to what the problem is. I have tried moving/repositioning the tv and have rewired the aerial adaptor and replaced the parts, I have also tried a signal booster but it just made things worse. I fanyone has any idea on this problem I would be a very happy man. Although the tv is awful during the day I would still like to receive a decent picture as I pay my tv licence! :(

Stereo not turning on in car?

Yesterday I rewired everything completely and it was working fine. I attempted to try a different stereo in my car today so I exchanged them rewired again perfectly and it worked fine. After a few hours I realized this stereo didn't suit me too well so I changed back to my other. I wired everything like I normally would each being bonded together very tight. I ran out of electrical tape so I pushed the stereo in the dash for 1 minutes ran inside the house to grab some tape. I came back and my stereo would not power up. I have LED lights in my car which are connected to the black wire and the red wire and they power up fine. This tells me those two wires are not the problem. What's left is a blue wire and yellow wire. I tried rewiring them both multiple times but still no luck. What could have went wrong?

i have a 94 f150with a 5 speed standard, i recently replaced the back up switch and rewired it. The switch itself works when depressed, but when i connect it to the transmission and place it in reverse the lights do not come on. the problem is not the switch or the wiring, but something in the transmission. Good writing, bad grammar. Ignoring the grammar issues, it's a pretty good piece of writing. Gets the emotions across well, good description. Excellent for a 15 year old! But you really, really need to work on the grammar. If people have a hard time reading it because of that, they won't give it a chance long enough to see that it's actually pretty good. Don't give up, keep writing. :)

My guess is red goes to the bulb hot lug white goes to the neutral lug on bulb. White also goes to plug neutral and black to hot on plug. The yellow senses the touch. Red dims the light as you touch it. White and black go to plug with white going to sensor and bulb neutral.

I have been having major electrical problems with our house we rent and the rental company failed to tell us that the house was having them before we moved in and that it needed to be rewired,but the owner refuses to rewire the house.I have had 2 outside plugs burn,2 outlets inside not work,bathroom light works when it wants to and recently a light above our kitchen sink litterally exploed and sparked everywhere.They said they will fix the problems,but I told them they really aren't bc when it comes down to it the house needs to be rewired like they informed us just a month ago.They gave us a chance to get out of our lease,but only gave us 2wks and my husband was deploying in 2 wks.That doesn't give me time to find a place and save up money as well and pack and move.My queastions are isn't there a safty code for here in tx?Are they breaking our lease by not fixing the real problem and failed to with hold info from us before we moved in?

I bought adobe photoshop elements, and premier elements 9 together a while ago. I installed both of them on my computer probably half of a year ago, until my computer broke about a month ago. I really want to use photoshop over the summer, because summer is when I usually do most of my photography. Except i'm only borrowing a computer now, and I read that you can only legally install it 2 times. This is a problem because I am buying a macbook pro sometime after the summer, and I would want to install photoshop on it. Does that mean I can install it on the computer I borrowed, and my future computer, because the first computer it was installed on died? Legally it would only be used on two computers, and I would uninstall it on the borrowed computer anyways.

I've been having really bad stomach problems, and it's ruining my life!?

This is a pretty long story, so I apologize in advance. Well, about 6 months ago (early January), it was the first day of our new classes, we're on a block schedule so we have 4 classes the first semester, and another 4 the next. It was already third block, and I had just finished lunch. The teacher was explaining class rules or something like that, when my stomach began hurting sooo bad. It was that feeling where you need to use the bathroom so bad your clenching up, because if you relax you know your going to have an accident. I was practically crying for about 5 minutes trying to think of something to do that wouldn't embarrass myself, when the fire drill went off. You have no idea how thankful I am for that. Anyways, I rushed up to the teacher asking to go to the nurse, and she immediately said to run. I guess I looked pretty bad. Well I went straight to the bathroom, and for about 20 minutes I was in there having really bad diarrhea. After I was done I went to the nurse, and I went home right away. For the rest of the day I was mostly fine, except the same sharp pain would come in waves but only lasted a few seconds. I figured I had just eaten something bad for lunch, so I stayed home the next day then went back to school. Everything was fine for a few days, until my stomach started hurting again in first block. I started to freak out, because there wasn't going to be a fire alarm this time. I made it through first, but when I went to use the bathroom when the bell rang I couldn't. This happened a lot. I'd think I need to use the bathroom and have bad stomach pains, especially when there wasn't a bathroom around. Basically, when I thought about my stomach hurting, it would hurt. For the whole month of February I went through a diarrhea/constipation phase. I felt like I always had gas and needed to use the bathroom. In early March we had a field trip about 12 hours away, and we had a take a bus. It was torture, I basically cried the whole time out of stomach pain. I just remember being scared I'd have to use the bathroom really bad and we wouldn't be at another rest stop for an hour or so. I went to a few doctors after this, and they couldn't find anything wrong, but I haven't had tests done. I now hate to travel, or even be in a car for over 30 minutes. I hate going to friends houses because I don't want to have to use the bathroom. I was going to go to a summer church camp, but after reading the handout on all the activities, I saw there wasn't much time to use the bathroom without a group so I'm not going anymore. I use the bathroom once or even twice a day, but I have no schedule. I never use it at the same time everyday, but I've been trying to use it everyday before school. All I think about is my stomach and my bowels! I'm thinking it's probably anxiety, but sometimes I'll have pain when I'm not thinking about it. I just don't know what to do anymore. I really need some advice.

Okay, so I have horrible anxiety ( im only 14) and I'm already seeing a councelor and I've gone to the doctor and they've diagnosed me with ADD and possibly OCD ( when I get anxious, I chew on peppermint gum, and its hard to stop) . I'm on ADD medication and its helping pretty good except for today...Today sucked bad. This morning, my Mom told me that she and my Aunt have to go to California tomorrow night for my Great grandfather , who is on life support at this moment. I don't know if that's the reason why I was sooo anxious today. (California is 2 states away from me) . I also had finals today, but I wasn't anxious about that. Today I felt SICK. I was and still am really really nauseous and I keep clenching my teeth and my breathing is off and my stomach just feels nasty. Im really close to my mom and aunt, because they have gone through what I am going through right now, so I don't know if I'm nervous about them being away from me . Can someone help me pinpoint the cause of my anxiety? And tell me how to get rid of the grueling nausea ?!
